How to register for events on the catalog:

Registration Instructions for the MySLCC Employee Training Portal
Log into MySLCC.
Click on the Employee Tab.
Click on Register for Training on the lower right (scroll down).
Click on the blue Register for Training link on the top left.
Click on the Training/Department Drop-Down Menu, then click on Staff Development.
Click on the Course Drop-Down Menu, then click on the workshop you want to register for.
Click on Search.
Click on Details on the right. The workshop details will come up.
Click on Register in the box at the bottom. You are registered and will receive a confirmation email.
Log into MySLCC.
Click on the blue Register for Training link on the top left.
Click on the Training/Department Drop-Down Menu, then click on Staff Development.
Click on the Course Drop-Down Menu, then click on the workshop you want to register for.
Click on Search.
Click on Details on the right. The workshop details will come up.
Click on Register in the box at the bottom. You are registered and will receive a confirmation email.

Stefanie explains how prioritizing diversity can be beneficial to your business, goes over how to create a local or global strategy, and shares a real-world example to help you grasp what a global diversity strategy looks like in practice. Plus, she goes into using benchmarks to see if your diversity efforts are working, and details approaches to diversity and inclusion in different cultural landscapes.
