The act of reorganizing teams in times of change is a common occurrence. Unfortunately, many of these efforts are unfocused and poorly thought through, contributing heavily to the fact that 70-80% of all change initiatives fail. Change isn't easy, it disrupts teams and so much more, so leaders must bring organization and a plan for transitioning teams through it all. In this course, Scott Mautz lays out a blueprint for guiding team reorganization efforts that refocus, reenergize, and achieve real results.

Working in a toxic environment can make anyone feel helpless. Even HR representatives can feel like their hands are tied. But you have the power to change the trajectory of your organization’s culture. By going from bystander to upstander—someone who holds their coworkers accountable for bad behavior—you can turn a toxic workplace into a supportive environment where employees are able to do their best work. In this course, Catherine Mattice Zundel introduces tools and strategies to become an upstander and an ally. Learn how to build an upstander culture, hold employees and peers to professional conduct, and develop the skills you need to speak up when fellow employees are being bullied or harassed.

Employee Wellness
One Small Change
Long-term healthy living needs simple beginnings. One Small Change is a health behavior change program that encourages participants to identify one health behavior they would like to adopt, modify, or eliminate and live that change for at least 21 days. Support for identifying a change and living the identified change comes from attending and participating in small group discussions.
