Trust is a fundamental aspect of any productive relationship. In business, trust has been proven to decrease turnover, increase innovation, and improve team performance. When trust is compromised, relationships and productivity can suffer. This course shows how professionals of all kinds can build trust with colleagues across their organization. Kelley School of Business senior lecturer Brenda Bailey-Hughes explains how to prove you are trustworthy, even in challenging situations like remote teams, and integrate trust-building habits into your daily routine.

Women Helping Women Succeed in the Workplace
From sexual harassment to social conditioning toward perfectionism, to simply being taken seriously by men, women are still in the position of having to fight for what they deserve. This course is a roadmap to self-advocacy and career success. Women—and their male allies—can learn how to advocate for raises, build self-confidence, convey executive presence, and stop sexual harassment. Aspiring board members can also learn why it’s important to stay true to yourself: your unique perspective is an asset, not a liability. This course includes videos from: Sallie Krawcheck, CEO and cofounder of Ellevest, an investing platform for women Valerie Purdie Greenaway, social psychologist at Columbia University Gretchen Carlson, TV commentator, journalist, author, Ted Talk alum, and female empowerment advocate Claire Shipman, TV journalist and author of The Confidence Code Halla Tómasdóttir, Icelandic businesswoman, politician, and speaker Note: This course was produced by Big Think. We are pleased to host this content in our library.

Employee Wellness

One Small Change

Long-term healthy living needs simple beginnings. One Small Change is a health behavior change program that encourages participants to identify one health behavior they would like to adopt, modify, or eliminate and live that change for at least 21 days. Support for identifying a change and living the identified change comes from attending and participating in small group discussions.

Please visit the Employee Wellness website for more information and to register for the OSC program.
